Q: What is it?
A: A custom video message from Father Christmas to show your child or loved one at Christmas time.
Q: How much is it?
A: £22.99 ($28.99) each
Q: What about if I have more than 1 child?
A: It’s an extra £10 ($12.50) per sibling (Maximum of 3 children per video)
Q: How do I pay?
A: After you fill out the information form above - We will then email you about the payment details via a secure PayPal link.
Q: Where will it be shown?
A: The video link will be privately sent to you via E-mail with a password protected link and a download link for you to keep the video. We will only share the video if you give us written permission in an E-mail.
Q: How long will the link be active?
A: The link will be active for 12 months. We suggest you download the video right away with the link provided to keep your video forever.
Q: How long will it take to get the video?
A: After payment is made (via BAC’s or PayPal) you will receive your video link within 7 days.
Q: What info do you need to make the video?
A: Please fill out the information form above - then we will E-mail you about payment details and ask for 2 photos from you for the video.
Q: What happens to the photos we send you after you have made the video?
A: We will delete any photos you send to us after your video is complete and sent to you.
Q: Can you do it for adults too?
A: Yes.
Q: Are you DBS checked?
A: Yes - Our certificate number can be disclosed to you on request.
